Another beautiful incorporation of exotic tattoo's into your beautiful style! I have to ask, have you ever actually produced tattoo's of this nature as a tattoo artist? I would imagine a job like this would be quite expensive and time consuming, but simply phenomenal when completed!
I did drew this tattoos, ha ha, and no, not done yet, hope someday a brave person will want something like this, or at least a full back piece or stuff , and yes, actually yes... Tattooing and get tattooed is quite expensive, and painful (for both tattoo artist and customer... ask my back! DX), but is truly satisfactory and I love tattooing, it's art to the next level, the human body itself is a piece of art, so adding another one is just cool
I guess it would take a brave woman indeed to go the distance with that artwork. I showed it to my wife who was VERY impressed with it herself, but she agreed something that extensive would be best suited as a temporary tattoo for a show or an event, at least for her that is.
Perhaps one day you'll find a true Maori woman or a lover of Maori culture who'll help you bring this design to life. Until then, please keep up the amazing work, I've really become a fan of your designs and originality .
Thank you! actually is about that, the point of view of every single person, maybe for your wife is something beautiful to see bu not to own on hr body, but as you say too; for a Maori woman it's more than just a few traces and sutff, like I don't know, me as a mexican could have tattooed an aztec sun or something like that, and that will have a meaning to me, about heritage, tradition and my own culture, but maybe a french woman would find it disgusting or something... it's cool, diversity and stuff Regards to your wife! how old are you btw?
You are right indeed, tattoo's of that magnitude are best left for those who would get the most meaning and joy from it and what it represents, like you would with Aztec symbolism as you said.
After looking at your designs I did some research online on Polynesian tattoo's, I learned quite a bit about their meaning and even the modern rituals surrounding how they're applied. So thank you for helping me learn more about this fascinating topic! Your clearly quite the gifted artist, it would be an honor to one day somehow work with you one day .
You're welcome, even if I never expected my work could help you with that XD, and it will be my pleasure and an honor to collaborate with you somehow, thank you! regards
Indeed! Perhaps in a future piece I can include a tattoo design and or artwork inspired by something you have drawn, with your expressed permission of course . Other than that, if for whatever reason my wife and I are ever down in Mexico by your neighbourhood we'd gladly get a tattoo done by yourself (though sadly as I said, my wife likely would not go for the AMAZING near full back tattoo shown in your illustration ).
